Corporate Tax Manager, Raleigh, NC to $150K

 Premier Fortune 500 company has opening in Raleigh, NC for Corporate Tax Manager. In addition to managing and reviewing the consolidated federal corporate tax return, this position will assist with corporate and tax structuring, audits, planning and special projects. Qualifications will include 5+ years of federal tax compliance and tax accounting experience in a big company environment. Minimal travel involved. CPA and/or Masters in Accounting or Finance preferred.
